Ultimate Body Coaching (UBC) is a results-driven fitness and wellness program designed to help adults 50+ move better, feel stronger, and live with confidence. With over 35 years of coaching experience, UBC was built on the belief that training after 50 should be intelligent, purposeful, and sustainable.

Our approach combines structured walking or running, strength and conditioning, fitness Boxing/kickboxing, and practical nutrition guidance to support joint health, balance, energy, and long-term independence. Every program is thoughtfully designed to meet you where you are—without intimidation, extreme workouts, or unnecessary wear and tear.
