My Story
Jim Graden is recognized as the renaissance man of martial arts, boasting a career marked by unparalleled experience, knowledge, and success. As the top protégé of the legendary Joe Lewis, Jim secured a World Kickboxing title under Joe's mentorship—an achievement that underscores his exceptional skills.
Beyond the accolades, Jim is a true trailblazer in the fusion of martial arts and fitness. His contributions include the creation of two immensely successful fitness programs, Cardio Karate and The Ultimate Body Challenge (UBC), both hailed as milestones in martial arts history.
With a martial arts career spanning over four decades, Jim has not only owned and operated traditional martial arts schools but also has owned Mixed Martial Arts schools and Fitness Kickboxing Studios. His influence extended globally when he licensed the UBC Fitness Program to over 500 studios across four countries in the early 2000s, attesting to his enduring success.
