CARDIO CONDITIONING

Our UBC Fitness Kickboxing classes teach you how to punch and kick with confidence and real power—while delivering a full-body workout that burns more calories than traditional cardio.

But that’s just the beginning. Each session also improves coordination, flexibility, balance, focus, and practical self-defense skills, giving you a stronger body and a sharper mind with every workout.

All Cardio classes are self-paced. So you can build your strength and indurance overtime at a pace that works for you.

STRENGTH CONDITIONING

STRENGTH BANDS & WEIGHT TRAINING

Building lean muscle is a core focus of UBC 50+. You’ll have two effective ways to increase strength: follow our guided upper- and lower-body workouts using strength bands, or use our clear, easy-to-follow instruction to elevate your weight-training sessions at any fitness gym.

Our approach is designed specifically for adults 50+, helping you build strength safely and confidently. Every workout emphasizes proper form, joint-friendly movement, and steady progress—so you feel stronger, more capable, and more energized in your daily life.

NUTRITIONAL POINT SYSTEM

HIGH-PROTEIN, BALANCED APPROACH

We take all the guesswork out of nutrition. The UBC Nutritional Point System has been a member favorite since it launched in 2000—and we’ve updated it over the years while keeping the same simple, effective structure. It’s an easy-to-follow guide that helps you understand what to eat and when to eat it, especially as our nutritional needs change with age.

Throughout the course, we’ll host weekly workouts at parks and beaches around the Tampa Bay area. If you’re local, you’re invited to join us in person. If not, you can follow along from home as every session is streamed live.

FitDefend delivers new, easy-to-follow weekly workouts you can do at your own pace in just 30–45 minutes. Each session combines fitness kickboxing and boxing with practical, street-smart self-defense, giving you a total-body experience that builds strength, confidence, and real-world skill.
