Fit And Fury
The Fit and Fury 6-week course is specially designed for men and women that want to get in great shape and learn how to defend themselves.
There are multiple benefits in training in our Fit and Fury fitness kickboxing classes. You will strengthen your upper body, legs and core and burn more calories than in any other aerobic workout. Plus you will learn to create power in strikes that can be turned into Stun and Run self defense techniques.
Stun and Run is a self-defense system that teaches you how to create power and accuracy in your strikes. Strike that can be used in a self-defense encounter, hitting an assailant with a powerful blow to a vital target area, stunning them long enough to get away. Plus you will learn to escape from common grabs and awareness and distancing skills.
This is a self-paced program so no one feels like they must keep up with anyone else. The program also includes floor exercises, Yoga stretches and Mindfulness training. Truly a mind and body workout, all in fun easy to follow forty-five minute classes.
