In these FitDefend workouts we will be focusing on mastering boxing and kickboxing techniques to maximize striking power. For instance, a right cross becomes a palm heel strike, a jab turns into an eye gouge, and a side kick transforms into a knee stomp.

The goal is not only to get your entire body in top shape but also to teach you the power principles behind the "Stun & Run" self-defense strategy.
