Fitness kick boxing is now everywhere! You can find classes in most gyms, rec. centers and martial arts schools. So what should you be look for in a quality fitness kick boxing program? I think we have your answer!

Five Reasons why Jim Graden’s Martial Arts & Fitness should be your choice for kick boxing!

Wide Variety of Class Times:  Kick boxing class times include morning classes as early as 6:15am and evening classes as late as 7:30pm. Plus 9:00am, 9:30am, 5:30pm, 5:45pm, 6:00pm, and 7:00pm.

Kickboxing – Our famous 45-minute self-paced Kick boxing class that includes 30-minutes of kick boxing on a heavy bag and switch’s sides half way through to balance the workout.

Fighter Fit is like a box of Chocolates, you just don’t know what you’re going to get! This ten, 3-minute rounds class Includes Boxing, Tabata, Kick boxing, Obstacle Course, Jumping Rope, Kickboxing, footwork Drills and a wide variety of floor exercises.

Super Fighter Fit – This class is FUN and goes by very fast because of the constant changes.  The class is the same as Fighter Fit, but 15-rounds of only 2-minutes long.

You Can Do It: The classes are specially designed so no matter the shape you are in, good or bad, you can participate. From the triathlete looking to cross train, to the couch potato wanting to get off the couch, anybody can train and get great results.
